I was thinking the same thing... im so stressed it's horrible... I dont know what to do.

seriously. its bad enough that i cant sleep because of everything else in my life going on. but then i have to plan this wedding that i sooooo can NOT afford and dont see how we're going to be able to :( :( :(

why cant i be rich

or atleast have rich parents :(

for sure!!! esp. when i dont even know where the money for my graduate school will be coming from
maybe i should go out and find an old rich man to take care of me a nice sugarrr daddyyyy

i feel the sameeee way !!

I haven't started stressing yet, but I am sure once the holidays come I will be.
Helps that FH's old job called him in on a consulting job and he made $200 in like 4 hours on Monday night.

between the deposit on the hall. plus the 1000 every other month for the hall. paying for our e-party. deposits for everything else. we need a new apartment. we both have new cars. our rent. our individual bills. i just want to strangle myself

YES and I haven't even booked anything yet!!! I had to move mine back from 08 to save up some more money, and also to have more time to plan, but in the end I would rather save up more and have everything I've ever dreamed about

i agree...i know someone that got engaged like a month before me and hasnt booked anything, stressessssses all the time about money because they have 2 pay for it themselves..and havent booked anything yet, and want a summer 08 wedding....when i mentioned they should wait till 09 to save more money the girl looked at me like i was crazy lol..shes like no i want 08! then complained some more about money lol...i think its best to letit wait out alittle longer so you can haveall that you want and to be able to save more money to get it then to rush a wedding

aw, don't stress too much! is there any way you can save some $ somewhere? i know an e-party is a nice thing to have, but is it necessary, would it save you a lot of $$ not to have one? i know for some people not having an e-party isn't an option! just take care of yourself first and foremost

my dad is really really sick fighting cancer. They told us he had 6 months in June. He is slowly getting sicker and having an e-party is very important to me b/c i know down inside that he won't be at the wedding. i'm praying he is, but life is what it is and if he isnt there its going to be devistating. So making sure he atleast has part of celebrating my wedding with an e-party and going to the hall for the food tasting and stuff like that is very important to me.

i would LOVE to save the 1500 and use it elsewhere but i cant :(

you'll find other places to save, i just know it! take everything 1 day at a time. sometimes when you look at everything you need to do/pay for it becomes overwhelming.

when i pay my cable bill next friday i'm going to tell them to cut our package from silver to basic. ::sighs:: i'll miss HBO on demand. but i REFUSE to live without my DVR even though thats 10$ a month i could save lol

but i'll save like 50$ cutting down from silver to basic. which will be good.
