Can i ask if anyone is feeling a little stressed over THE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE WEDDING YOU ARE HAVING....cause i sure am!!!!!!!!!! Just wanted a few thoughts on how everyone is feeling.....

a few words... well let's see.. stressed, over whelmed, want to win the lottery, wish I was rich.. uummm.... stressed. I think that about covers it. I try not to think about it but it lurks. I have no clue how we are going to pull this off.

Well, put it this way....see the date of my wedding under my name? All I have to say is, AND PEOPLE CRITICIZE MY CHOICE TO WAIT UNTIL 2005?! HA! We didn't wait for nothing! I feel your pain and stress, but I'm just glad I have that extra time.

This is going to sound absolutely disgusting... But i have to tell everyone that i was watching Rich Girls on MTV (i know, pretty pathetic) and I was thinking to myself why couldn't i be rich like them. If only i could go to a store and buy 150.00 on a sweater, or 150.00 for 3 sweaters at that!!!!! But I can't because i eat, live. breathe, work and sleep WEDDING!!!!

Does the word EXTREMELY mean anything? LOL. I have had to make a few sacrifices, including moving in with FH and his parents because I couldn't afford my apartment and saving for wedding. FH keeps telling me we will have everything taken care of, and we are lucky because his parents are footing large portion of the bill. But there is an apartment for us to live, and furnishing it, plus the honeymoon, plus lots of little things that keep coming up that we are paying for. Then there's all the gifts for BP and for each other. It seems very overwhelming at times. Thankfully he is the 'money-smart' one, so I let him worry more.

its so funny you mentioned that because my fi and are were just talking about our finances. we are at the home stretch before our wedding which means there will be a lot of check writing. Plus the holidays are approachigng so that will cost us. Its just a lot....... i am stressed.. so what do I do, today I spent $$ on pocketbooks at a pocketbook party and a facial .
i have one phrase for that... I deserve it...

omg ...most defintely...and the bad things is when you don't want to sacrifice the beauty of your wedding but everything that's nice is sooo Expensive.....FH and I are defintely feeling the stress of this expensive wedding. I can't wait to be married, so I could stop planning and having to write all these checks

Our Oil burner just broke and needs to be replaced. So, HELL YEAH!!! This of course was something we were not anticipating and will cost 2000 - 3500 depending on what we get!
with out a doubt ....my FH and i are also wishing to become winners of the lottery or poweball, but until then we just have to wish for the best

I feel better since we didnt take the housse we were getting, cause I wasnt sure how we were paying for everything. but its VERY stressful.

i feel stressed by it at every moment, even when it is something i am not paying for. we are sharing the cost w/my parents, and i sometimes wonder if it wouldn't have been better to just elope, or have a very small wedding.

Yeah I get so worried about money its not even funny! FH says we will be fine and I know it will but that still doesn't help me from getting stressed over it.
