So I posted this on the 2012 board but I figured I would see what everyone thought not just the 2012 girls.
I was playing around and made the below monogram. What does everyone think? Any suggestions or feedback welcome! I am thinking that I like the 2nd one the best.

I like it. It is more fun than formal. It depends what type of look/feel to your wedding you are trying to have. like the colors!

Agreed - if you're going for more of a fun, beachy kind of feel it works :)

Re: Monogram
We are definitely fun people! We are hoping to have Mr. Met at the reception so I guess you can say we are trying to have more fun than formal!

Re: Monogram
I really like the 2nd one. It's such a pretty blue, and the white really pops.

Re: Monogram
I have eliminated two of the color schemes. We are looking for the theme to be fun but not too cutsy!
Honest opinions wanted (trust me I can take critisism). This was my first stab at doing this!

Re: Monogram
I like it but don't love it. Love the swirls on the N but I don't love the 'texture' of the N...if that makes any sense...its kinda 'bumpy'...
I think you can totally strike a balance between fun and elegant but not cutesy!
If it was your first stab at it and you're not in any kind of rush why don't you play around? There are SO many free font websites...
The only reason I say play with it is because we used our initials all over the wedding...from our program to our cardbox to our cocktail napkins to custom luminaries. It might be something that you'll want to carry over throughout the wedding details and if thats the case...you should *LOVE* it!!!

Re: Monogram
Thank you so much. I feel the same way, I like it but dont love it.
My plan worked. My friend is a graphic artist, I emauiled her what I was doing and she was like we will totally play around with it when you come over this weekend! Score.

Yay! I hope you didn't mind my brutal honesty, but I just feel like there is no point in rushing/settling. Its pretty but can be even more special! I'm sure your graphic designer friend will have a bunch of awesome tricks up her sleeve!
