Monograms / Vista Print

So I am a bit confused about what Vista Print actually is.. is it a program or a website?

For those of you who have done monograms and isle runners and whatnot did you use vista print? I want to do a monogram but I am not sure where to start.. Thanks!!

vistaprint is inexpensive business cards, postcards, invitations, magnets, etc. It is a website...

You can also find lots of coupons online for them as well.
