More on MY Mom/Dad Saga...

to anyone thats following my current problems conserning my mom and dad...
well... today it officaially got worse.

my mom has decided she NEEDS to separate.

at first she thought he was smoking pot... and she tried to look away.. then he did it while my little sister was in the house and that drove her over the edge... that was my LAST post about this..

then, today my mom called me in tears...

not only does he do that, but...

my mom had a HUGE bottle of Zoloft (she USED ot be depressed... and something tells me shes going to be again now)... and it came with 90 pills..... she said they were so strong she only took 3!!! (but she cut them in half, so she really took them like 6 times) anyway, so she found the bottle....
theres 10 left!!!!!! TEN!!!

so she confronted him on it and she ALSO found out...
bah bah bah bum,,,, he does COKE!

great father huh?!?!?!!?
besides me theyve got an 11, 7, and 5 year old!!!!!!!!!

im SOOOOOO mad, i have been crying about it all today...

hwat breaks me heart so muhc (besides from the whole kids thing)
that my mom offereed to stick behind him if he sought out help and he said he DIDNT want it!!!
and THEN, he said to her (about custody of my sisters & brother) 'dont worry, ill make sure my drug test comes out negative ' in a nasty way...!!!!

can you belive him?! its crazy how you think you know someone.........

regarding the zoloft thing...just wanted to let you know that zoloft is actually not a drug of addiction. and it takes at least 10-14 days on it to see any antidepressant effects... so maybe your dad is depressed and started taking the zoloft to see if he'd get better... maybe he did so he kept on taking it? that might explain why he took all of them, because that medication doesn't cause any sort of 'high'.

yeah... thats weird.... but i DEF dont think he was talking them cuz he's depressed..... im sure if you mix them with alcohol or SoMeThinG you can get some kind of a feeeling.... otherwise i dont think he wouldve taken 80!!!

i dont know what she is going to do now.... living situation and all...

we'll see what happens.... when i called my mom last night he was home too so she didint want to talk about it.

I have no other words...sorry to hear that this is happening. I wish your mom had the same great support in the LIW girls that you do. She sounds like she needs to talk to someone. So sorry.
