ok this is kinda dumb but how do pple dress in vegas?? i imagine pple dressed up all the time!!! glitzy and glamourous...but is it that way during the day as well??..how hot will it b in december?? do pple get all dressed up for dinner?? I NEED TO GO SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!, IM GONNA B THERE FOR NEW YEARS!!! :)

it really depends where you are. During the day, you can dress any way you want. The weather will be warm. We went in October and it was hot, I hear it's worse during the summer.
I recommend buying a Frommer's guide. They'll give the lowdown on the town and all the sites, including dress code.

yeah, those guides are very helpful, go to amazon and type frommer's -- they have a guide for just about every major US city.
