The whole thing with my dress. I can't sleep and I have no answers-- I just keep crying-- I feel like a drama queen but I can't stop crying. I didn't even make it into work.
do u have a picture??? My dress was private label by ginza if its the one, ill sell it to you cheap, not to make jokes but who knows!! it could be the dress and I have been wanting to sell it or give it away

Brave Eagle... Did you already pay for this dress? and they wont help you out? what kind of place is this???? Are they a vendor on here?
brave eagle- have you tried to contact them in california? thru their website www.ginza.com and go to private label

Sadly Suzanne I just found out that they are a vendor on here! They say that they will have the dress for me tomorrow but I don't believe them after all the lies! I also don't believe that it is a new dress! I have paid a little more than half- their say I don't have to pay the balance but that does not make me feel better because that money will be eaten up in alterations somewhere because I am NOT letting them touch this dress again!

im sure this will work out for you if you contact Private label directly they must have more or have to make it for you! as an alternate you should try other bridal shops as a last resort, if you find it somewhere else, maybe Lestans, in brooklyn, they carry a lot of ginza and might have it if it was discontinued you might be able to sue your shop for the difference if they dont help you! I hope this all works out those are things I would try to do

I have spoken with Private Label that is how this all started yesterday! They cannot tell me anything -- I cannot not look into Bridal Suites account, but that does not even matter because I found out that they never ordered the dress directly through Private Label anyway!
My hall also uses them for their showcases so I called my hall this morning!
