i think your fine....dont worry about it...
i have never heard of people going away for mothers day...its not ON mothers day...i think thats fine
I actually went to a wedding for mother's day weekend in Cali! i felt horrible I couldn't see my mommy but i called her!! and wish her happy mother's day and I gave her a nice gift but there is nothing wrong with that! people will come regardless
I think thats an odd assumption - nothing wrong with having it mothers day weekend - its not a big travel weekend far as I know...
its fine people have more excuses than pregnant nuns
I think it is absolutely fine! It's the day before, not the day of. Remember, it's YOUR day - you can't worry too much about what people will say/think!
i think its fine
it's def ok! i haven't heard of people going away anywhere for mothers day lol. I'm sure ur mother is super excited about your wedding (cuz i know how mine is) and it doesn't matter when it is. :) it will only make her an extra proud mother!
umm its not like your getting married ON mothers day. ive never heard of anyone who goes away. and if they do..oh well. they werent worth having at your wedding anyway
It's fine. I would think most people are home, with their mothers that weekend. I am a BM in a wedding ON Father's Day and no one is complaining about that.
I had a friend who got married the day before Mothers Day. No one complained- everyone came.
it's fine. my aunt and uncle got married the day before mothers day and no one complained
i have never heard of anyone going away for mothers day...i wouldnt worry about it
I have heard of people going away if their mother lives out of state, but its a small percentage, and I know my mother would understand 110% if I had to miss out on celebrating with her that particular day if I had to go to a friend's wedding! I would not sweat it!
