Mrs. Barton's first PHOTOJOURNALISTIC post as a wife! NON-PRO of course! **UPDATED** With Daily News article on bottom of PG. 1!

Hi Ladies! Sorry I've kept you all hanging! Been busy with work, moving, and being a WIFE!!! It's completely surreal and I love it.

Well without further adieu, here's some non-pro pix. All of these were stolen off my friends' myspace pages [how lame...] lol but it's all I got for ya. They're some of my favorites.

A VERY LONG WINDED review is still to come....

Enjoy!

The beginning of the day, after I had my hair done, MOH Jess took this shot of my cheesy sweatsuit
Hair- Giselle @ Frasada in Oceanside. Makeup- Michael @ Frasada

Upon arrival to my parent's house, I found my aunt [who lives downstairs from us & the one who made my dress] and another aunt up on ladders setting up the front of the house! Too cute!

Some shots taken at the house:
Photo & Videographers were Gray Studios [can't wait to see their shots!]

Dont ask w t f I was doing... lol

OK On to church:
St. Raymond's Roman Catholic Church in East Rockaway

My parents:

Bridal Partay:

Sexay gurls thinking they're tough:

And on to the Woodlands:

My bestest b!tch evar, MOH Jess aka Belongs2DanBuckley:

Some of the boys up on the balcony watching over us... sweet right?

Entrance & First Dance:
Our band was the PETER GRECO BAND [outstanding]
Entrance- Little less convo by Elvis. First Dance- Way you look tonight by Sinatra

Check out my bridal attendant carrying all the bo-k's LOL

Parent Dances:
Father/daughter- Figlia Mia by Gigone. Mother/son- Unforgettable by Nat King Cole

Boogey down [did I mention we're major guineas? gotta love the tarantella!]:

Niiice:

OK This is by far my #1 absolute FAVORITE pic of the night- Michelle & Sean!!!

THEY TORE IT UP MAN!!!!! LOLOL!!!! And here's more angles:

And me dancing with him... friggin nut he is

So [wow I almost typed FH!!!] DH used to be a drummer in a band and played 'What I like about you' by the Romantics along with our band... he asked our dancing queen Sean [who is a singer in a band currently] to sing it because the vocalist in the band didn't know it! Totally was a spur of the moment thing, and it was one of the highlights of the night!

They had the floor packed... all of us getting down:

BO-K Toss, I wouldve NEVER imagined it this way... Dayna DIVES, catches it, falls flat on her face, and slides across the floor.... LLLLOOOOLLLL

Garter removal:

Cake! Totally smashed each other with it

A few little details some people caught:

Table #'s were a 'timeline' of our relationship-

The piano with random photos set up, the guestbook, and memory candle for DH's father:

My parents with a life-long friend who's holding a favor [espresso set with the typical hand-made doileys filled with almonds]:

And the last picture that Jess took before we took off to our honeymoon:

That's all, [for now] folks!
Review and pro pics will be up by 2009 hopefully
Hope you enjoyed!

Rosella, once again, you looked BEAUTIFUL! Your dress was gorgeous and has so much meaning since your aunt made it! Everything looked great - I *almost* chose those same dresses for my girls! But with ice blue instead of pink/beige in the background.

Thank you all so much

The veil is actually my mother's mantilla from her wedding. She wore it like a veil, folded over with a tiara. But I HAD to wear it as a mantilla to show how beautiful it is. It is silk and from Spain back in the 1960's!
