Must Take Pictures! List Please HELP!

so i was wondering if anyone had any pictures that they definately want their photographers to take during their wedding day!

I need ideas! anyone willing to share? much appreciated!!

I don't have a list or pictures?? is that bad!?!? LOL

i totally plan and sharing a shot list w/ my photographer but i haven't really thought of many must take photos. There is only 1 that sticks out- one my mom has in her wedding album since we are getting married in the same church.

Hi we just got married July 2nd & we didn't have a list. I wish we did - there are a few photos the photographer didn't take:

1.Bride & Groom facing camera closeup with (favorite view) in background (he had many of us kissing & looking at each other but none of us facing camera with ocean in background)

2.B&G with both sets of parents in same photo
3.Both sets of parents together without B&G
4.B&G & both siblings with both sets of parents in 1 photo
(he just got us w my family & us w his family)

5.B&G alone posing for formal pix without family
(we had so many photos in a garden location with us + family or bridal party but none of just us in that pose alone)

6.B&G with grandparents (had to special request that)

7.B or G dancing with brother / sister
8. Ice sculpture (if you have one)
9.Cocktail hour food / buffet - we missed most of our 1 1/2 hr cocktail even with taking photos before - hopefully they got it on the video.
10. B&G alone on the dancefloor of RH before guests enter - to show off your centerpieces/ room
11. B&G menu on table
12. Groom with Bride's veil brushing against his face - I had a cute photo of my dad like this, but not one of my groom.
13. Wedding shoes showing part of dress in photo (he had one of just my feet)
Also make sure your jewelry is facing in the direction you want for formal pix - he took 1 of my bracelet & 1 with my anklet on (shoe pix) that the clasp was the main focus - wish he would have told me.

Hope this helps & Good luck -there are so many things to think about before the wedding it is overwhelming & you know you are going to forget something. Even though I didn't have this list most of our photos overall turned out great .
& he had all the main photos - bridal party, B& girls, G & boys, B&G w bridal party, etc. Just something to think about. I realize now its better to have it & your photographer say - I was going to do all those shots anyway than miss out.

DEF on my MUST TAKE list....the reaction on my FH's face when he sees me walking down the aisle...i dont even care if they dont get a picture of me as long as they have that one.

Those FH photos are great!

Another thing - my mom showed me her album & the photographer had taken photos of all the guests at each table. We didn't do this- at the time I didn't really want it - but I kind of wish we did because the only guest photos we have are random ones on the dance floor.
