my 1st bad post

because of tmobile double debiting my acct (an error on their part) it has caused my 1st check for payment on my RH to bounce not once but for the 2nd time in a week. i pay bills through this acct and i put just enough to cover the bills and tmobile messed up...i put extra money to cover their error and told the RH to redeposit the check and tmobile debited my freaking acct again, im doing everything not to flip the heck out on the rep on the phone but i am so upset......

if it DOES register on your credit, you can fight it. You can demand T-mobile to write letters to the hall, and all 3 credit agencies declaring that your check bounced because THEY double-dipped into your account.

Maybe you should consider doing your bill paying from an acct with overdraft protection?

My overdraft has bailed me out about a dozen times already!

Something similar happened to me . . . bank of America was suppose to put my account on hold due to suspicious activity, but instead closed it . . . if you talk to companies and let them know about the situation now they can make a note and then you can fix it later. It is a hassle, but the companies i worked with (in particular Citibank and my RH) were willing to help me out when things were straightened out.

Good Luck

I had T mobile and they used to be great these kinds of things is the reason I switched to verizon..switch your cell phone & make them pay for your check problem! (if your bank charges u)

I know what your going through. So sorry you are dealing with this. If it helps I kept repeating to myself this too shall pass.

I went through a similar situation with mutual account FH and I opened at Washington Mutual. It was our 1st check and our 1st payment to RH. We indicated we wanted our checking and saving accounts linked which the lady said was free. I could not believe it so I told the lady to sign us up twice. Needlessto say it is not free and the lady who opened our account never processed the necessary paperwork to link the accounts. FH went to the bank a raised tons of hell. The bank mangager not only wrote a letter they also called our RH.
