my 6 year old daughter is freakin' me out

Original post by fall2005bride

Brianna will be 6 this Friday and she told me the other day that she saw her 'daddy's daddy in the clouds watching us drive'

FH's father past away in 1983 and her nor I ever met him..FH doesnt really even remember to him to much...
she said she knew it was him bc she saw a pic of him in daddys house and the 'ghost in the cloud' looked just like daddy..

then she tells me that I wasn't her 'first' mother... she was born on a farm and her 'first' mother died while having her and then I became her mom... she said her 'first' mom had black hair(i'm blonde) and she had 6 brothers(Brianna has 1 sister named Mikayla)

I'm a little weary about this...
Just wanted to share...any ideas or suggestions..?

Wow -

I used to do things like this when I was little all the time. And dejavue all the time until I was 14 or 15. My mother just dealt with it matter of factly, I was never freaked out by it until I was old enough to understand that it was strange and then it pretty much stopped.

You hear about little kids having the sight - they are innocent and not scared to see the things - and admit them that an adult would.

I pretty much let her go with it...When she wants to talk about it...I let her tell me her stories, but I dont question her to much...I dont want to upset her..

the 2 stories that I shared are the 2 that I find most interesting... she has told more stories though..
one day we went to the cemetery to visit my grandfathers grave... we pull up and before we even get out of the car...she ask me 'who is that girl by Pap-Pap's grave?' (we called my grandfather pap-pap)
I looked over and didnt see anyone......she even said her name-Carolyn...I go to the grave...and the grave next to my grandfather is Carolyn Hubbert...and the dates on the tomb indicate that she was about 10 years old.

I think I may have the next sixth sense here.

ETA: she is almost 6 years old and there is no way she could read the name onthe grave....JMO

Wow - that is pretty cool. It also gave me goosebumps.
