So we saved a ton of money for this wedding b/c we are paying for everything ourselves.
It is so sad to see the balance rapidly decreasing. With excitement of booking vendors comes sadness with deposits.
I'm gonna cry when its gone!

I know how you feel.. I've been working since I was 15 and never saved a penny... Within the last 2 years I've saved for 30,000 and it going down as we speak. Hopefully we'll get 1/2 of it back

Gosh I know how you feel. We are waiting till 2009 to finally wed becuase there is NO WAY we can save and have the wedding we want in a shorter time.
Now with rising gas prices and such, its becomng even harder to save at all.
My FH jokes about taking a part time job just for gas money.

I completely understand and feel your pain. I was just married 2 weeks ago, and our bank account was just about empty right before the wedding, and we, too, struggled for a year and a half to save. You'll make $ at the wedding, you'll be surprised at how generous people are. I know we were! Good luck!
