My BATTLE WOUND***UPDATE***

Well.... I had a pretty eventful weekend.. Sunday am- 2:34 to be exact- I woke up, went to the bathroom, went to take a tylenol (it had been a long day), and coming back to bed I tripped..

I tripped on my FI's work boot and went face first into the corner of the wall.. I have blood/bronzer on the wall still to prove it.. Any idea how to get that off? Mr Clean magic erasers won't cut it!

16 days till my wedding and I am chock full of stitches.. I have no idea how many- just that I have 3 layers (of course, I don't do anything half a$$ed- the gash in my eyebrow went all the way to the bone) & the plastic surgeon stopped counting.. Yes, plastic surgeon.. I told them I was getting married in 2 weeks and my eyebrow had to look decent, so they sent me home and told me to come back @ 7 to meet the PS.. who BTW didn't roll up till 930... lovely... I spent 5 hours in the hosp ER... plus the 1 hour before they sent me home.. Aren't YOU jealous??

So here I am... battle wound and all.. Can you believe my luck!??!!? No pity party- it's all pretty funny now.. Hell, Melissa thinks it's hilarious!!

Prayers for a speedy recovery please!




ETA: no I wasn't drunk- it was just pitch black in the apartment...

For a speedy recovery!!!! Try Vitamin E.... the liquid filled gel caps. It helps heal cuts faster! I open the caps and put the vitamin E directly on the cut! Hope this helps!

dude, it has been the joke of my school.. Worst part is is that Saturday was Vin's cousin's going away party before he's deployed.. So I was a little 'under the weather'.. okay, a LOT under the weather.. However, when I tripped I was STONE COLD SOBER.. No one believes me though. I'm sure I definitely stunk in that ER too..

So Vin's whole family is harrassing me & calling me a clumsy lush.. Fabulous..

OMG you poor thing, do you have any idea how many times I practically do the same thing? Probably 5x a day!

Yay!! Plastic surgeon called.. My appt is bumped up to tomorrow @ 5:15... I'll find out the damage tomorrow!

Aww you don't look so bad but I know how annoying that can be, fh leaves his sneakers and boots around and I always trip over them! I am sure the makeup will cover your boo boo well!

Oouch!!! did you throw fh work boot out the window? i bet he feels horrible. Lots of prayers for a speedy recovery. YOur still going to make a beautiful bride.

I hope your makeup artist can over up any potential scars. Geez, that sounds like something I would do! Lots of and next time turn on a lamp
