We ended up selecting a beautiful chocolate brown Bill Levkoff strapless/fitted gown. Absolutely gorgeous and flattering. Had to vent a bit though....this is the first wedding thing I have done where anyone in my bridal party has come with me. The end product was loved by all but my aunt came with my cousin. My aunt is wonderful but very pushy. I stated from day oen i want my girls in chocolate brown and flower girls in ivory lke my dress to look like little brides my pushy aunt is obsessed with her daughter and kept trying to get me to have them try on this strapless gown that was pretty full and IVORY like my gown saying how greta it will look on all esp. her daughter I do not want ne1 in white/ivory but me!! And she kept pushing this topic. Why can't people listen ? And why do people have to be a pest the one and only time they come to help. WHY???

My apologies that you had this as your 1st all gals together wedding experience. I have come to the point that I am now part of the hearing impaired in order to deal with some future in laws and some of my friends (who are so bratty over the fact I'm not asking my parents to contribute to wedding).
My gals will also be in chocolate. I'm in a champagne rose and I'm leaning for my flower girl to be in ivory with a chocolate sash.

You know, i was wondering the same thing!!!! I was worried about the very same thing, so I have decided that I will break up my bridal party into groups when going to be fitted. that way i will take the pushys in small doses and not all at once, lol!!!
ETA: I am going with a Bill Levkoff dress too. It is this dress in black minus the straps!!! Love it!
