That's really horrible. Reminds me of my job. Last year I organized a City Harvest food drive. I was not allowed to ask other departments if they wanted to contribute because people might get offended.

he doesn't like it when we inturrupt the sales people cus they should be busy making deals. But all the receptionist and I did was send an email. Its not like we took them away from anything.

What a jerk! I work for a large nonprofit in NYC - does he want some cold hard, really sad facts about the people that these items go to???? People need to think of those who are less fortunate then themselves - this time of year and always!!!!
