hurt her knee kayaking over the weekend and I have to take her to the doctor -- talk about a PERSONAL assistant --

i'm sorry .. that stinks. I had a boss like that once... she would ask us to go to the deli and get her yogurts.. and the exp. date had to be before a certain time.. like she wouldn't take one with an exp. date that was less than 2 weeks away... WHAT A PAIN! lol.

That's the worst!! I hear ya, my last job I was the marketing director for a boutique investment firm. Very small group so we 'wore many hats'. Some of mine included going to the Times Square Toys R Us right before xmas time to buy my boss's son's xmas present. I thought I was going to die in a sea of tourists and I felt the EXACT same way. I was like, so glad I got a degree and have worked my way up the ladder for so many years. Oh, and I also had to run uptown once to pick up his fancy $$$$ wedding invitations and then run them back when he found an error.

Oh no....only at NYIT....

Honestly, and I'm not trivializing your problem or anything but...I'd rather run all over creation for my boss doing silly things (and getting paid for it) rather then sit at my desk all day staring at a school seal at 200X zoom waiting to go blind.

But that's just me

We are back. She made it seem like her leg was about to fall off. I go pick her up and she is walking fine and it's a little swollen. I drive her all the way to Manhasset, wait for herto finish her appointment and then drive her back here. No one seems to know what is wrong. She just loves to be a PITA and loves the attention --

I didn't get to go to lunch, so she better let me leave at 4!!!
