So, the past few days/week or so, he has been very mopey.... his head hangs down, his tail hangs down and he's not excited to go out - usually you can ask him, 'Do you want to go out?' He cocks his head to the side, ears go to attention and he jumps around! Not lately.
Yesterday morning, I asked him if he wanted to go out and he just lifted his head from his pillow, looked at me and then layed back down! Very odd since that's his favorite time to go is in the morning.
My mom calls me at lunch time to say that she had to practically drag him outside, he peed a little and that was it!
So I called the vet to explain the situation... and I also filled her in about a few ticks we found on him and if Lyme's could make that quick of an effect on him - and she said yes!
Yesterday after work, I get home and he's his old self, wagging his tail and getting ready to go out. I take him to the vet after walking him and she says, 'He looks fine?!' Yea, he's making a lyer out of me
So after an exam.... his temp is good, his heart is good, his attentive and his usual self - although we find out he has arthritis - take a heartworm/Lyme's/etc test - and $150 later, he's fine!
Little booger.... I think he was faking it all along!!!
