OK, so our e-party was lots of fun.![]()
A lot of my relatives were congratulating them throughout the night![]()

but there was no big announcement.
I *did* seat them at the kids table though! it was my own personal revenge. i kind of feel bad for his fiance because she looked embarrassed and confused, but it was worth it. (the kids table was age 5-16 and they are 23).
our party was definitely about US, so they couldnt completely steal the show. of course it ***** and im still pissed at him, but they better not try to get married on our date! We'll have to see what date they pick....![]()

the best part of the night was when my dad's elderly aunt went up to my cousin and said -- 'you proposed right before jassie's engagement party? why would you do that?' LOL

I agree...I feel a little bad for his fiance too. She didn't plan the engagement and we all know how excited we were after the proposal. She must have felt a little awkward. Now that it's over with, let her in on LIW. Your cousin on the other hand is so selfish! He should never have done that without asking you first.
Your aunt is awesome. I'm sure she was not the only one thinking that! I'm happy you still had a great time and that no announcements were made.
She already responded.... her party was last night, and her cousin ended up proposing right before the party.

thats great that ur aunt said that! its so true. weird. if he wanted family he should have picked a holiday gathering. was it even done romantic or on the car ride over to ur e party ?
