My Cousins Wedding *Wih Pics*
Yesterday was my cousin Geovanni's wedding. The ceremony was at OLPH on 5th Ave in Brooklyn and the reception was at Astoria World Manor in Queens. Heres a little review.
Ceremony- Although I got there 45 minutes late, it still lasted a half hr after that. I felt like I was there forever. During the ceremony I got to check out the bridal party and noticed the brides mother was wearing a WHITE gown!!! If the bride wasnt wearing a veil, I swear you wouldnt be able to tell who was the bride.
Reception- Other than looking nice and having pretty good food, I didnt like anything else about the RH. The servers were very cranky and unprofessional. They rushed us through food, taking our plates without asking if we were done and didnt serve soda unless we asked personally. Otherwise we wouldve had to drink water with everything. They also forgot to bring my cousin, the BM his meal about 4 times. On top of that they dropped a tray of about 10 meals all over the dance floor.
The dj I didnt like. He didnt dim the lights for the first dance and allowed people be on the dance floor.
Other than that it was beautiful. We got bottles of liqour as favors, they also gave these little bride and groom statues but I didnt want one. Right now their honeymooning in Hawaii. I hope their having a great time.
