My dad is desperate NOT to dance at wedding

He just offered me $225 to elope...i told him that didn't come close to covering the flight to vegas, elvis wedding chapel, new dress, food and additional necessities...

Awwww....if he didn't do it though, he'd regret it. My dad is a great dancer but not so much liking the attention.....he was like, I hope its a quick song.

yeah, we're combining the father/daughter with the mother/son ....the ONLY way i got him to agree to it in the first place. i even used the 'you'll ruin my wedding... ' bit...hey, every bride deserves a bridezilla moment here and there....this was definitely called for.

and he would regret it....even if he never said so.

In my 35 years, i can count how many times i have danced with my dad....once! He is actually very excited, he is planning on taking a dance lesson and everything b/c he doesnt want us to just sway! I am completely shocked and excited!

In my 35 years, i can count how many times i have danced with my dad....once! He is actually very excited, he is planning on taking a dance lesson and everything b/c he doesnt want us to just sway! I am completely shocked and excited!

My dad said the same thing about dancing-except he offered us 8K to go to Vegas...Would you believe I actually thought about it for a minute!

Just told FH today that i would like us both to go and take a lesson, he seemed ok about it, but we will see when i tell him we actually have to go
