My daughter's 4/21 Wedding (Long)
I have receive so much guidance from you guys for the past year or so. I wanted to be sure to post right away to let you know how things went. Although the weather could have been a little better, everything else was perfect. The vendors: Fine Art Photographers: Chuck was wonderful. Very professional and so easy to work with. He and his assistants stayed until the tables were being cleaned off. The videographer was also from Fine Art. His name was Bob and he was terrific. I'll let you all know how the pictures come out when we get the proofs. SpinAroundSound - Tom White - We couldn't have been happier. The dance floor was always full. Designer Limos - no complaints here either. Prompt, courteous. Make up - Jackie from www.imakeupyou.com who is a vendor on this sight was amazing. She did the bride who is a real Ivory girl - never wore makeup at all. It was so natural yet so gorgeous. I know I'm prejudice but she was stunning. She also did me and the maid of honor. We never looked so good. Reception at The Metropolitan in Glen Cove - After Nine Club. This is the club on the first floor of the Metropolitan which is used for smaller weddings. We had 110. Even though there was another wedding going on upstairs, you would never have known it. Never saw anything associated with that other wedding. Two separate entrances, no noise from upstairs and the food and service were impeccable. Any of you girls looking for a smaller reception site - try it, you won't be disappointed. They took such good care of everyone, but the bride and groom were treated like royalty. I know I said everything was perfect but I just remembered the one 'oops' of the day. Kris' train was removable and when we got out of the car, they rushed us and we didn't quite attach the train as well as it should have been. When she said down on the altar the train pulled off. Then she sat on her veil which was attached underneath her hair and it fell off. Luckily, everything to Kris is funny so the maid of honor just picked it all up and put it to the side. What a wonderful day! Thanks for listening and if you have any questions about vendors, you can email me at jeaneub.aol.com

It sounds like your daughter had a great day. Thanks for the reviews. It is always good to hear them. Especially since I will be using Chuck for my wedding and am still considering Spin Around Sound. Congratulations!
