My DIY project I attempted....its not totally complete but what do you think so far??

These are our invitations, we are doing them ourselves because we do not wanna spend $1300 on ivitations...They are $9 each!!

So what do you think of these...sorry if the pic comes out real big.

Looks fantastic!! Love the snowflakes...I use them in my scrapbooking adventures....Just wanted to tell you (and I hope you're not mad because I would want to know) It looks like the text is not centered on the paper....Just wanted to tell you before you got started (please odn't hate me)

NOt mad at all, I know that its off centered it was just something we put together really quick. The writing is also in black and I want it to be in navy blue. So its not the finished product

i think it looks great!! just a suggestion though--i think you should make the actual invitation (the ivory portion) a little bit wider. it looks a little too narrow to me. and maybe you can make the font size of your names a little bigger so that it stands out more.

when i was thinking about going to the DIY route...here's what i made.

They are great.....I agree, not centered and I think the Navy lettering will look beautiful.....

Maryann...its looks great!!! very creative...but yes the writing does off centered but other than that its great!!!

I think they are GOREGOUS!! But I do agree that the white part should be wider and the silver border should be a bit thinner. But I LOVE them!!
