My dream videographer is more than I wanted to spend..

So I have been looking at an endless amount of videographers for months now and I know it's because my dream videographer is more than we wanted to spend. I have so many quotes from other videographers thinking that I might fall in love with another one but it hasn't happened yet. I am so close to just sucking it up and booking the one I love! I don't know what to do! Ahhh!

My dream videographer is more than I wanted to spend..

I fell in love with a more expensive videographer too but I just had to keep telling myself that we could not afford it. I ended up falling in love with capture the moment (not quite as hard as I did with the other one but with a $4K difference we don't have a choice lol). We've stretched our budget so far already that I just couldn't rationalize the price difference. if you can afford it, make it work, but if not, you'll be worrying about how you're gonna pay for it from now until the day you make that final payment.

Oh no! Hahah I'm always watching his new edits he puts up. I write down little details he uses and I'm gonna make sure that some get included and done that way in my video. Similar to making a must-have shot list for s photographer lol

I know!! I can't let myself think about it for too long though because there's nooooo way I can even think about affording him unless I don't wear a wedding dress and have no limos lol

I just talked to my fiancé and he told me if I want him we can make it happen. I make him watch videos every single day and I think he's sick of hearing me talk about it haha.

His work is excellent but he is so expensive. I actually went to high school with him. He was even doing great work back then. I have spent all day watching videos! I think LJR has a style very similar to AJ and is much more reasonable. I also fell in love with Bellucci films. Waiting to hear back from him. Would you be able to share the quotes you have with me? Just do it!! He is worth every penny. I know it is a lot, trust me - but this is something that you will have forever. I made cuts in other places so I can book AJ.

Ahh really? We are going to do it :) my fiancé told me to go ahead! Are you doing the one videographer with just bride prep or the two videographers which also includes groom prep?

My fiance is the same way! I think the 1 will be fine though. My sister used AJ 3 years ago and just had the 1 videographer and her video came out amazing!

I've seen many of AJ's videos and knew he would be expensive so I stopped watching them lol. My fiance also went to/graduated high school with him, but I didn't want to go through the meeting really fall in love and know we couldn't afford it. I'm really happy with our choice of Capture the Moment though, I love all her work and it was in our price range. I do think if you are going to/able to splurge on something, photo/video should be it. Congrats if you go through booking him!

Bellucci knows AJ, and I got quotes from both of them. WE ended up going with Joseph Minasi, he was willing to work with us on price, where AJ, because of his rep, was not. Bellucci was a close third, I just liked that Joseph had a drone, went to film school, and won awards for filmmaking.

PS. I posted this on FB, but my dream videographer (Epic Motion) was close to 10k! ::Cries::
