My E-Ring is broken!

White gold is stronger than plat!!! Although my ring is plat, the stone is set in white gold! Don't feel bad!!! It could be worse!

This is soo true, .. First off

I feel your pain

FH proposed last december, I loved my ring!! After 8 months of looking we found the 'one'... Well I was robbed in July, (yes, I'm ok, no I wasn't physically hurt)... I was devistated ... Altho being in that situation It could have been worse I could have been hurt.. but I missed my e-ring, when people found out we were engaged, right away they looked down at my left hand, even Banquet managers, well it gets worse, we didn't insure the ring , taught us not to procrastinate...

I inherited my grandmothers first e-ring... 4 months later I still don't have a ring on the right finger (my grandma's ring fits on my midle finger).. I am torn about re-setting it, I want to do it, yet I don't want to savage my grandmas ring.

So I know right now your feeling down but it could be worse

Wow, thank you for putting it in perspective for me. I'm so sorry for all you're going through with your ring(s). You're right, I'll get it fixed tomorrow, and it'll be fine, and I have no right to complain.

Hope you get things settled with your grandmother's ring.

YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO COMPLANI!!!, I was just sharing to show by excample that things could be worse.. not sure ewhat I want to do about my grandmothers ring .... FH is like let's just reset the diamond so you wear the ring on the right finger

I'm sooo sorry that happened to you but the important thing is you or your fiance wasn't hurt

thanks, I know.... it's such a effed up thing to experience over being scared moved to anger, then I forgave the crimnal, and released it.. the buddist way... . well until I share the story....

lol the first thing I can think of telling him was that he had a funny shaped head. It's sort of Mr potato head like. Your Fortunoff response would have been better

The jewler said he could fix the setting in 15 minutes, so I'm going this afternoon. I can't wait to have it back on my finger! I feel so weird without it. I keep waiting for someone at work to be like, 'OMG! The engagement's off?' Like anyone is really that interested in staring at my finger.

Mine is broken too!!1 The setting is crooked and they need it for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! O e ring come back to me!
