My E-ring is missing...UPDATE!

So today has been an all around horrible day. I woke up after only sleeping like 3 hours and couldn't go back to sleep. Then I was walking across my bedroom to turn out a light and a piece of mirror of of a dresser drawer magically broke and stabbed me in the ankle, managing to hit a vein causing me to bleed puddles across the bedroom, hallway and bathroom floor.
And to top it all of as if that wasn't enough I went to put on my E-ring and it wasn't in my jewelery box! I know its in the house somewhere as I haven't been out of the house since Sunday ( as I'm still unemployed which now that I think of it is another crapppy thing to add to all this) and I had it when I came home on Sunday. But we've been pulling the house apart and still haven't found it.
I just want to crawl in a hole and pretend none of this happened. Please send all the ring finding vibes you can my way

Ok girls so I couldn't sleep last night and started looking again. Took apart my living room and went trough the laundry again. Then when I decide to give up and go back to bed I'm lying there crying thinking where can it be and for no reason at all I opened my jewelery box (the same one that I had emptied out completely earlier in the day) I looked in and saw something and low and behold there was my ring It was in a different section then it should have been and I have no idea where it was when I emptied(FH def didn't have anything to do with it, he wasn't upset yesterday but he was REALLY happy this morning when I showed it to him. Apparently he had already started plotting how he was going to be able to afford to get me a new one which was going to include returning all the things she bought recently Hes so sweet) it but I'm just happy to find it!

OMG you POOR THING!!!

I had a moment of panic yesterday morning b/c it wasn't on my nightstand where I usually take it off at night. I immediately started to search high and low, the couch, the floor...it was on FH's nightstand. Whew!
You'll find it!

You'll find it. It is most likely right out in the open and thats why you don't see it. Trace your steps... I know I take it off when I do dishes & wash my hands. Maybe you put it in a cabinet. Check in you sheets too. I pull off my jewelry in my sleep. If you took a nap it could be there. Good luck!

stay calm.... it's at home... it's just a matter of time that you find it. Try to keep tabs on any pets who may accidentally swallow something shiny, though.

I lose a lot of stuff at home. Eye glasses, cell phone, keys, jewelry.... the scarriest one for me was my passport it was about 4 weeks before we had to leave the country, of course. But I knew it was either at home, or at mom's.... so I wasn't too freaked out.... just mildly so....

Thank You for all of the support. We've stopped searching for the night and will try again tomorrow with fresh eyes.

I highly suggest checking CLOTHING. Either hamper, clean clothes you may have folded, drawers, etc. Whenever I can't find a piece of jewelry, I always find it wrapped in clothing!

Unfortunately we never did get around to doing this...i've been kicking myself all day. WHEN(trying to stay positive, trying to stay positive ) I find it that will be the first thing I do.

I am sure you will find it...retrace your steps...look in jars, boxes, and also look in your bed sheets and under the bed..you would be shocked what you can find! Look in the couch also....good luck!
