I would love to say this was meant to be ( in a way it may have been, the style # of my new dress is 311 ( my wedding date) , How weird is that) BUT, its an OK dress, it looks better and Im so stressed at this point, I just wanna feel comfortable.
I hate to say that I dont think unless I was a size 6 I could look good in a wedding dress, thats the truth, so Im dealing with it.

Davids and then sample sales. Most samples are a 10 (I think) so it depends what size you'd need to make that work for you.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Even though events are crazy, everything happens to a reason.
You are going to look beautiful.
Oh and kudos to your bridal salon for good old fashioned customer service. That's the way to do business! I wish other wedding and non-wedding businesses would think the same way.

FOr those who asked- The bridal salon I went to for the alterations and who saved the day is Renate's in Lindenhurst on Montauk Highway. They have been around forever and have given good service to my bm, a ton of friends, etc which is why I chose them for the alterations.
Their sample sale is this Sunday-Monday, the dresses were in ALL different sizes, about $99-$179 but doscontinued styles.Hopefully someone will see mine there and buy it![]()
They were nice enough to sell me my dress from off the rack and they will re-order one for the rack, that was very accomadating.
They also let me exchange the crinoline I had bought from them a month ago for a smaller one, the one I had was too poofy for the new dress.
