And tell me if I forgot anything? I'm going back to work soon and so I need to be oprganized...Did I forget anything at all? Even little things..I know if its not on the list I will never remember!!

TO DO TIMELINE



November:

-Finalize guest list with addresses
-buy shoes
-make menu's
-Call Watermill florist about cake flowers
-Watermill Payment
-Buy bridal jewelry
-Buy BM jewelry
-Buy BM gifts
-take engagement pictures
-start CD favors
-Finish ( or assign someone to make) Thank you sign for Thank you card pic

December:

-Mail invites (December 30th)
-Finish CD favors
-Buy Wedding rings
-Buy gifts for Parents
-Buy BM’s gifts (if not done in November)
-Call seamstress ( decide on one and make appointment for Jan.)
-Schedule Hair trial (late January)
-Schedule Make-up Trial
-Get passports

January:

-Dress fitting
-buy CD favor envelopes
-Tuxes for guys
-Buy wedding Bands (if not done in Dec.)
-Apply for Marriage License (after Jan. 11th)
-Determine order of BP down aisle
-Make emergency contact list of vendors
-arrange shuttle bus if needed for hotel guests
-Buy undergarments (before dress fittings)
-Meet with Deacon Mills
-Choose readings/ceremony details
-Meet with Church Music director
-Make Church programs
-Buy rose petals for CP’s
-Pick up Veil and headpiece(January 4th)
-Pick church readers


February:

-Make Out of Town baskets for hotel
-schedule day after brunch at hotel
-Make seating chart
-but Lotto tickets for favors
-order glassine envelopes and labels for lotto favors
-Wrap favors
-dress fitting
-Make Votive place card holders
-Meet with Florist (make final payment)
-Meet with hall to finalize guest count/finalize details/drop off stuff
-Tanning (end of month)
-Finalize must play list for DJ ( fax to them, end of month)
-Finalize must have photo list
-hair cut (highlights)
-Make timeline for wedding day (give to all BP)
-finish books for BM’s

March:

-final headcount to Watermill
-Final payment to Watermill
-Rehearsal and Dinner (give money to GM tip alter boys on Wedding day)
-Pay Church
-confirm Airline reservations and details with Travel agent
-confirm times with vendors
-pick up dress
-make the BM’s day of gift bags
-have dress and veil pressed
-Make nail appointment for Wednesday(9th)
-Tanning
-Pack for Honeymoon
-brings bags for tux and dress for after reception
-bring back Tux or assign someone to
-make any tip envelopes
-pick someone to make sure Polaroid guest book pics taken
-put blue rhinestones on shoes
-assign someone to make sure all reception stuff is taken home
-Deliver the OOT baskets to hotel
-give extra house keys to whomever is watching the house

Just one suggestion you might want to get your passport sooner. I can't remember how long it takes to come in and you don't want to have to pay a rush fee or be stressed waiting for it.

Thanks guys...I'm not really an organized person, but because of that, if I dont write it all down then I wont remember to do it!

And to think this is only the 4 month left version...should have seen the list at 8 months to go
