i saw something once that said on the outside of the card- found the guy of my dreams and the inside said- but gave him the wrong finger. thanks for your support.

some actress did that when she broke off the wedding and then started a website and created cards for these types of occassions. i forgot the website though.

omg that's funny. not the situation though just the cards.

sorry about your friend. at least she found out beforehand.

I feel so bad for your friend.
I saw that article in Glamour and thought it was a great idea. The actress had sent out engagement announcements only to have the guy dump her a couple of weeks later.

Another idea that was mentioned in the article was about returning the gifts (never a fun topic). Most of the stuff she had received had been monogrammed and was unreturnable so she figured out the cost and bought Starbucks gift certificates in that amount and sent a note saying let's get together to talk over a cup of joe...I hope everything works out for her!
