My hotel block lady is driving me mad!
She sent me a contract.. with everything spelled wrong... and this is what she sends me as way as what rooms I'm blocking:

NK1 5 2 $65.00
NK2 7 2 $65.00
NDD1 25 2 $65.00
NDD2 15 2 $65.00
SK2 2 2 $65.00
I told her that I needed 5 Kings + 7 Doubles in the Annex Building for the 12-14, 1 Suite for FH & I from the 11th-15th (NOT 2 nights) then the # of rooms that I am blocking.
I have NO CLUE what in the name of all that is holy these various acronyms mean. I am getting really aggravated with this woman. If 'K' is King then the number is wrong b/c it's only supposed to be 5 Kings.
Am I stupid? Or is this ridiculous to expect me to be able to read these strange acronyms??? I'm on the verge of getting a little nasty.
