I went to my hall last night to pay a little of my balance and to pick up direction cards for the invitations. There was a couple in there getting rates and such for 2007. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard that the SMCC was the 18th place they've looked at so far . I only looked at 2 and the SMCC was my second and final choice

How may halls did you look at before deciding?

Sorry it seemed like a higher number because we had also attended a couple of weddings as well. We went to see 4 or 5 halls in person.

6, it was the second to last one we saw, and wasn't even on the list for the day. My mom called them on a whim because we were in the area and asked if we could drop by. Soo glad my mom was with us that day!

I went to 4 places, but called a bunch of others and was able to eliminate some since I was adamant about not wanting to get married somewhere that any one of my friends got married at.

Yup. It was the first one we looked at. It had what we wanted. We thought 'Why keep looking?'. We were happy. We did that with a lot of our vendors.

I looked at 6 and called a ton of them. I also excluded a few b/c I had my prom at one, an offce xmas party at another, and have friends and family getting married at others.

I am having my wedding at the same place I had my prom. How funny is that? I don't really care because I love the place. Also my bridesmaids' dresses are the same color as my prom dress. I didn't plan that. I don't know what my deal is.

We looked at 5 places, but I did call other places. We decided not to visit when we found out the price.

I always loved how Leonards looked but wanted to check out the country clubs and looked at VIP, Surf Club then Fountain Head, Villa Barone Manor and then I went with my first instinct and chose Leonards and it was Amazing!!!!!!!!1

All together about 4.. but Leonards was our first hall, we new we wanted to book. But we browsed around just for peace of mind, which didnt make sense because we were biased by then!!
