So I went to the mall today for a scheduled trial with Clinique and Mac. I had made my choices based on who had foundation for the darker sisters...but even though the foundation appeared to work for me, clearly when you see the pictures you'll see how wrong I was!! Mac was fabulous, the girl who did my face was amazing. I told her what i wanted and didn't want and she made it happen. My pics are from all day, because I wanted to make sure the makeup would last and stay fresh. The only thing I touched up towards the evening was my lipstick. Give me your opinions....

normally i wouldnt say anything except if it was nice but what is with that shimmery whiteness i see in the first few pics?
is that the way the clinique foundation reacted with the flash??
((i really like the eyes though for both))
in person the look wasn't that great but it was ok, but when I saw the picture I wanted to scream, everything came across as white ash!! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so 'WHOA' doesn't even cut it.

You can totally tell the difference between clinique and mac. You definitely made the right decision. It looks great!

Thanks for asking! It's getting there! Only 26 days left! I'm just getting nervous that not everything will get done. Work has been so busy that I don't get a lot of non-sleeptime hours to do things.
