Today, at 4:03pm I received an EMAIL from my MOH saying she cannot be my MOH because 'financially' and 'things are just different' and 'I am not around like that' and 'you deserve to be catered to' and 'you shouldnt have a MOH you need to chase' and 'enter some more ******** excuses here' ' and 'but id still love to be a part of your wedding party because I love you'

I am SO UPSET! first and foremost, because she EMAILED ME! like we have been friends for 15yrs, you couldnt say this to me! REALLY? and second, because its all BS. I mean that little to you that you can't MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE? this is my WEDDING!
But then again, this is the same girl who didn't show up to my law school graduation because 'I am having a BBQ the night before and you know im not gonna lie and say ill be there if i wont because im def going to drink and dont want to wake up'
yeah, shame on me!
Note: I would like it to be known that this GIRL who I once called my MOH is the FURTHEST from 'financially hurting'. She books vacations like its her frikkin job!!! THOUGHT! if she is my MOH she might have to take one less vacation. HOW SELFISH OF ME!

Indeeed. I am truely grateful she did this now and not 3 months from now. I am definitely sad, and dissapointed, but in the end of the day, I cannot (and neither can you) allow somebody's selfish acts to interrupt my happiness.
and one day, ONE DAY, it will catch up to them.

Wth is wrong with people! I would totally tell her everyone you just told us! Financially hurting?! One vacation costs...lets say $2000, thats more than enough to be a MOH!

EXACTLY! its like #1 at what moment did you decide that EMAILING me to say you were stepping down as MOH was appropriate? #2 Who says they can't be MOH for financial and responsibility/committment reasons and then says 'but id still love to be a BM'?? who does that? um hi-hello, SAME MONEY! same everything. and if you thought being a MOH was a money thing, you obviously accepted an honor you had NO CLUE ABOUT!

u know whats really sad is that 1- you guys were friends for 15 years and she did something so rude. its like breaking up via post-it!!!! 2 - you cared enough abt her to consider her your closest friend and ask her to be ur MOH and she's not even treating you like a real friend right now!!!
It seems like this girl (not to dog her out or anything) does not want the responsibility of being a MOH. She wants to go along with the group but not make any decisions. She doesnt want to be the one that plans everything etc. Tsk on her!@
