I think that's marsala, francaise is chicken coated in egg and flour and it has a lemon / buttery sauce

i dont think it will be hard to make, the sauces seriously take a few mins...i dont have a recipe on me but if you just type in chicken marsala recipe they should give you a step by step one

Ok I just looked up Chicken Marsala on the FoodNetwork and printed out the recipe. Lucky for me it says 'easy' Hopefully it comes 'ok' I will report my results later!!!

yeah dont worry about it, dont get stressed just take it one step at a time and follow each thing it says...sauces like that are pretty easy to make...good luck

I dont know how to really cook either or make any tradional dishes. The only thing I make good that my family eats and doesnt complain is baked ziti.

Any Rachel Ray cookbook! IMO, it's great for beginners (I have 2 of them and they're fab!)

The Joy Of Cooking... this is the cooking BIBLE! It will tell you how to make ANYTHING!!! It's totally overwhelming, but such a great resource!




Also, check out Kraft.com.... they have some of the BEST recipes ever!! And they're super easy and super yummy!
