So, when I say my mothers hosue (where I will be getting ready) is about 50 feet from the church, it really is. You leave the driveway make a left and it is 50 feet straight ahead. So she came up with this notion to have me walk to the church with her and my girls!!! Now, this is not a financial reason she just thinks it is different and 'cute' . Now, when she first said it FH and I . But then the more we think of it, it is kind of growing on me. What do you girls think????

I actually really like it! It will be different and fun! I considered doing this too since my dad's house is so close to the church but it just worked out to have the limo pick us up but I definitely think it would be fun!

I know someone who did this and the pics just looked beautiful!!! She happened to have a beautiful day and the pics of all her girls holding her train, it just looked so fun and pretty!

u can scope out the church..see if every1 is in already.. obviously u want to go when ppl are already seated.. sooooooo even if u DID get a limo... no1 would see it. whats the point? save your $$$.

isn't that what they do down in new orleans? well you walk from the church to the hall.. why not change it up? I think its ADORABLE! you can hire a tumpeter or bagpiper or some sort of musician to 'play' you down the block!

That's what I was thinking. I think it would be REALLY cute to walk down there, like a little parade. And if you will have the ring bearer you can have him walk with the 'Here comes the bride' sign if you wish! DEF a cute idea!!!
