my new makeup after getting lessons how to apply (pics)

So yesterday I spent a few hundred dollars on makeup, which I have NEVER done. and the makeup artist taught me how to apply. I was so excited to wake up this morning and try my new skills with all my new beautiful makeup.
What do you think? Be easy it was my first time

you did the eye make up very well...what are you using on your face, think maybe you need a different color or something to blend a little bit better...other than that though great job

I'd have to agree with Denise. I love the lips and eyes. Not sure about the blush or foundation you are using.

She matched the foundation to my skin, but it is a very light foundation b/c I do not like to wear a lot on my face. Obviously for the wedding I would have better coverage but this is just for everyday.

Its all studio gear make-up

i agree with denise also- your eye make-up is perfect-- i am not really good at make-up- so I started using bare minerals- its really easy to use and looks really even no matter what I do. i swear i dont work for them lol but i should be getting a commission for all the people i have sold it too lol

trust me i know i hate wearing face make up...I never wear liquid foundation or anything heavy...Ill use just dual finish powder from lancome to blend my color all together, its very light, well its powder so obviously lol.

Most of the summer though i havent been wearing face make up bc im tanned but when i have pimples or small imperfections i have been using this concealer stick, its by benefit and works great and you don't feel it. I put just a little on

its not that you didnt have enough on but its not blending well thats all i mean...i think a different color or texture or something will be perfect

Actually I had a trial w/ bare minerals first and HATED it. Every one of my pores was magnified by 100. It did not look good on me at all

I love the eyes for sure But I think it is very pink (pink eyeshow, pink blush, pink lipstick) It might be an overkill on pink. JMO.

good job! I like the eyes and the lips definately. I would say try going to MAC for the foundation part. theyre supposed to be very helpful there. Thats my problem right now...cant find a good foundation!!

I went to Ulta in patchogue. There is a makeup artist named Karen who does it there.

usually when you wear darker colors around your eyes it will make the rest of your skin look pale and give it this different look, so you need to use a make up that may be just a LITTLE bit darker or one that is a bit more sheer or something.

Wow, I really have a complex now w/ my skin. I never thought it was that bad, but people keep commenting on how I need better foundation, so I guess its not as good as I thought
