my official hello.

hey- I've been lurking for quite some time and thought that I should officially introduce myself. So- I'm Jacquie- I got engaged to FH in july after we had been dating for 8+ years. It was so sweet, he took me to a castle in tarrytown and proposed under a full moon. We are getting married next october, in his church, and we have booked the Areca for the reception (he loved those palm trees).

Also, we just bought a house together that we are putting alot of time and renovations into. I've been venting/pleading for help regarding my slate roof on the NWR board, but no one really responds to me there.

Right now I'm so stressed about the house and work that I'm not fully enjoying the engagement part of life. Anyway, you all seem to make me smile, so I figured that I should attempt to bond. My engagement party is this saturday- hopefully that will cheer me up. In the meantime- thanks for letting me babble.

way back when i started the whole computer thing my FH and I came up with it by just throwing words out there and sticking them together. This name just kind of endured. He's generally referred to as jelloboy- same derivation. We spent a lot of time on the phone talking nonsense while in college (we were long distance for a while).
