First of all, thanks to Julz for helping me with this. I am so excited -- as you can tell from the list of posts I have over this past night (could not sleep at all!! -- having photographer nightmares) anyway, I go to working on a book of our engagement pix and some of the history of our relationship pix wiht My Publisher. The preview looks incredible and once you figure out how to adjust stuff (I am NOT crafty at all) it is incredible. The best part is it is like $20 a book! I may do these for bridal party and parents -- I did FEDEX on the shipping just cause I am so excited to see final product. Anyway, my experience with it is awesome and I will keep you posted about the final product as soon as it gets here.

YAY! I love my book too! I just made another one for my mom with all our childhood pics. Her birthday is while I am on my honeymoom so it is going to be a part of her birthday present!

www.mypublisher.com -- I did them from my hard drive but you should be able to upload and digital pic.

Yes I would think quality. My publisher covers at more substantial from what I have heard.
Shutterfly is great if you need to do something special for alot of pwople.
I am thinking of ordering our story for our parents from my publisher and the BP from shutterfly.

Thats what I did but I did me my brother and sister all growing up. I got the hardcover one with the black cover. I also put 3 poems in there... you can do an all text page. Through the years is a good title. I just recieved it yesterday. Maybe when I get home tonight I will take some pics of it for you all to see.

My Publisher disappointment
I got my softcover book on Monday 9/27. It shipped on 9/17 by USPS priority mail but took forever to arrive. I called a few times and the tracking nmber they had was invalid??
So, it finally arrived and I was disappointed. The pics are very blurry although they are all high resolution digital pics that look great when printed by snapfish on photo paper. My profile photo is one pic that I used in the book since I only made a vacation flip book for FI to test it out.
FI loves it since he thought is was such a cute idea. I keep a scrap book at my place with all of our vacation pics (and other things like movie stubs and concert stubs) so this was kind of like his mini scrap book of one trip.
All in all, it's still a cute idea albeit with blurry photos. It was only like $15 with shipping though.

I got the hardcover and am really happy with the layout and style and for 20 something bucks it is hard to beat. There is one photo that was a good quality photo on the screen that came out very blurry and dark so I was sad. Overall it is hard to beat the value for the price but accept the reasonable limitations.

I think the shutterfly photo books are better quality. I have seen both in person and really liked the shutterfly book. Pictures were so clear. The mypublisher pictures had little lines going through them.
