My RH is trying to kill me!!

So FH and I have been insanely busy the past few weeks...Yesterday we went to the RH to do our menus and all that jazz and I found out my dream cake that I love so much would be a min $1200 upcharge... ...So scratch that I was so upset and I didnt think it was that insane of a cake (pics in album). Whatever though I cant freak out because it is beyond my control and we cant go outside of them because they use Rolling pin and we aren't allowed to bring another cake in. So we are going with their basic upcharged cake at $350 and that includes menus that they print because I can't use the ones I already bought. Then I am told the only table cloths that they have are ivory satin which looks almost champagne in color...ummm I bought black and white table runners and against the ivory it looks like crap. So they say we can use the white table cloths from their restaurant but we have to use 2 on every table because they aren't big enough..WHAT???..I have a feeling it is going to look like **** and you know what I don't care right now. LOtheS is giving me major anxiety. On a positive note we got tuxes picked and all the bridal party gifts are done! Phew...that was expensive. Now just gotta do the dj and florist and we are good if my RH doesn't give me a stroke first!!

sorry about all the stress but what size are the table you can get afforable tableclothes at efavormart.com and they ship quick

Yep, I got mine at tableclothsfactory.com which is a partner site of efavormart. They are gorgeous and were SO cheap. Look into it!

Honestly, I have had so many parties at Lombardi's on the Sound (we also just had our engagement party there) and they can definitely be frustrating to deal with at times. One thing that should ease your mind is they always come through in the end and the food is great, hence why we keep going back. It may be stressful to deal with the business end of your wedding but I'm sure the day of it will be everything you dreamed of. Try to talk to them about the cake and table cloths if they didn't forewarn you about it. 1200 for a cake sounds absolutely ridiculous. Try calling Rolling Pin yourself and see if you can work something out with them. Just be firm and don't take their BS, and I'm sure you will have an amazing wedding day! Good luck!

Thank you...I feel better! I will check on the table cloths too! You ladies are awesome!! I am gonna call rolling pin and see if not I am just gonna go with the other cake.
