My Secret Shame

I love Laguna Beach! But I missed it last night because my stupid DirecTV went out 2 minutes into it and then didn't come back on until Jessica was trying to interrogate Jason and instead totally backed off and let him jerk her around.

Can anyone fill me in?

oddly enough - that is the ONLY tv show I do not watch!!!

You know, the usual.

Kristin was a b!tch. (She explained that she is the female version of Jason - cheater and liar and slut. But I still love to hate her.)

LC looked at Stephen like he was a giant cartoon steak. (They were 'up' until 4:00 am and she made him pancakes.)

Jason told some half-truths and was inappropriately flirty with Alex. (Who seems to vacillate in my eyes as being really pretty and very unattractive, depending on the camera angle.)

Jason and Cedric the unentertaining played a prank on the Alex Gang of girls by donning ski masks and smearing blood on the windows, also tripping Taylor's alarm on her house, so daddy called to make sure everything was okay.

Those were the highlights. I'm sure MTV will rerun it 7,003 more times before next week!!

I don't get this show. What is the premise?
I know we watchthe same type of cr@p & tv is s-UK-ing right now, so maybe I should start watching.

It's the 'REAL OC'

A bunch of spoiled HS kids in their senior year and it follows their 'real dramas'

Such as, do I buy this $600 Louis Vitton bag or go for the Prada??

And lots of cheating boyfriends and girlfriends.

It sounds dumb, but it is surprisingly addictive.

Hmm, that seems to be the mystery....supposedly it is real - but one tends to wonder.

From the commercial it did seem like non- actors, trying to act. (Like a bad HS play!)

I truly believe that these spoiled brats couldn't 'act' like themselves if they were given scripts.
Either way, I'm hooked.

I'm so excited to see all these other Laguna Beach fans. I can't get enough! Totally love to hate Kristen! I actually feel bad for Jessica, she gets totally pushed around by Kristen & friends all the time. & Kristen seems to get off on the fact that she cheated on stephen, oh, gotta go watch my other guilty pleasure-Real World
