My Shower was on Sunday and got my license!!!
Of course I have no pics. The people that took pics I have yet to track down. I wasn't surprised much because someone in my family the weekend before told me she would see me the following Sunday. I didn't think about it then till my godmother mentioned she wanted to take me out to lunch on Sunday.... I put it together and I was suspicious. I got soooo much stuff. I couldn't believe it. I cried when I walked in!! I am such a woss!! LOL There were so many ladies there. I felt so special.... The location was at Marbella's in Bayside. I LOVE this Spanish restaurant. We booked the reception room in the back. Unfortunately, I barely ate since I was greeting all 80+ women and playing games my mom and the girls did. The BEST gift I got was a collage of pictures my mom put together for me of me in my childhood and as I was growing up. It was so touching since my mom is not a mushy person. That made me cry too. he he... They even kicked us out, literally. I really have to thank my Matron. She is a blessing to have her in my life. I am so grateful for all she put up with and all she did for me. I don't know how many times I have thanked her but she deserves it and more. I know there were a few issues... but its all over now. I am just focusing on FH and me and how happy we are. I feel so blessed to have so many people in my life to share in my day. I was smiling so much that my jaw was hurting when I got home!
On Monday we got the license and FH and I are officially married. Its so weird. But I am sooo happy right now. I can't wait for March 5th!!!![]()
