My wedding is in 12 days and my hairdresser cancelled on me!

My mother called me this morning to tell me that the person doing my hair and make-up for the wedding can't do it now. She is a friend of my mother's that works in a salon on the upper east side and she was going to take the day off to do my hair and her job isn't letter her take off. (we live on the nassau/suffolk border so there is no going to her to get my hair done, plus it'd be a fortune.)
So now I'm 12 days before my wedding with no one to do my hair. I really just don't need this right now!!!!!

I can recomend my guy, he was amazing. His name is Gary and he works at Bocu in Commack. I am sure you will find someone

I dont live in LI but there are many girls on here who can recommend a hairdresser to you...Just try not to stress out about this, you can find somebody.

Try other recommended vendors on here too, you never know they might not be booked for your day or maybe they can recommend somebody.

The same thing happened to my friend right before her wedding last summer!

Call the Hair Expo in Oceanside. Ask for Sabrina. She's AMAZING. They're hairstylists are all great.

try Frasada salon in oceanside and ask for Giselle... she does tons of weddings and an amazing job...

Oh no!

I can recommend my place--it's called Avreen Salon and Spa on Jericho Tpke. in New Hyde Park. They are wonderful. My hair person is Kanda, but if she's unavailable they are all great!

Try Khouloud's Beauty. They work out of Hicksville. They're a vendor on this site and I had a trial with them yesterday....they are WONDERFUL! Good luck!
