My wedding 'nos'

I can't beleieve I got so many nos!!! Out of 95 invites I have 50 yes, 27 nos, and 18 no reply (RSVP date is today).

I knew three or four would be iffy, but I am totally shocked by 12 of the other nos! My mother is one of fourteen, and so far only ONE of her sisters is coming, and that's all! Is it the economy?

trust me when i say they will come rolling in after the rsvp date. my wedding is in less than a week and i seriously got an rsvp yesterday. people never cease to amaze me!

i think it being on a Friday has a lot to do with it... epically with the economy !

my fh and my dad used to always go to Friday weddings with us and now that the economy ***** they can't take off anymore for the weddings.. and my mom never goes to weddings without my dad ... i'm sure a lot of couples have the same problem !
