Any of you girls are doing tips or silk wraps for the day of the wedding? I have very short brittle nails and I want some sort of extensions but have no idea what to get or what salon to go to...? I don't need anything that'll last for a long time just make them longer, French and a small design, like a silver stripe or something! I’m going to Dashing Diva tomorrow. Anyone heard of them? They have the virtual nail thing which only lasts about a week, but they don't do any designs, just French. Ideas Please....

I was planning on doing acrylics..I alwayssss had my nails done with acrylics for about 4yrs straight...my nails were damaged but it only took me about 2months to get them back on track... but I think for my wedding I'm going to do the acrylic again because it lasts for at least 2 weeks and it doesn't chip easy...
However, now you really have me interested in this 'virtual nails' I would love to try it. Do you know how much it runs??

My app is tonight! Now I'm really excited and can't wait to report back to you! As far as I heard the virtual nail runs for around $35 which is not bad at all!

i'm going to a girl my mom uses about a week or so before the wedding. i'm getting white tips rather than getting them painted white. and this is done with acrylic as opposed to silk wraps. sorry, but i don't know much more than that! i don't really get my nails done ever :o)
