Name Change Dilemma (a little long)

I know this questions has been asked before. Since I am currently living with my fiance, we are starting to get our finances in order before I get married. I plan to keep my last name for professional reasons but everything else will be in my husbands last name. Does that mean I need to file a name change. And what happens with my last name? Is it still legal to use that professionally. Since my license numbers and graduation diplomas are all in my current last name. I just recently opened a joint account with my fiance but I used my current last name. Will I need to change that once the name change takes effect?

Any girls have gone through this yet? Or is currently going through this?
