Hell no! lol I only know 1 couple still together after that. Most people that I know who have done it, live to regret it and then have to try to get it covered. I like tattoos. I have 1 and FH knows his name will never be branded on my body.

nope- i've heard that it's bad luck for the relationship! i have a tattoo- but i'd never do anyone's name, not even fh!

Absolutely not! And any good Tattoo place won't do it either. The only names you get are children, pets, and the dead. It's very bad luck to have the name of your spouse on you- even if no one can see it!![]()

NO freaking way lol..First off, I can see myself going through that much pain to even get a tatoo, and secondly, well I dont think its appropriate to get a name tattoed on you.

what is up with the bad luck!!!!!!! what ever .....but fh has had my name for almost 10 years!!!!!!so bad luck can kiss my @ss...lol.....i will be getting his name too....and i wouldnt regret that hes the father of my kids and a very special person in my life and if we break up who cares its my body and i want it there..

no offense to anyone who does this....this is JMHO...i would NEVER put someone's name on me. it's not about luck or anything like that--i just don't quite see the point of it. i love my FH more than anything, but i just don't feel the need to brand myself with his name or vice versa. but again, that's just me.
on a lighter note--my friend got her man's name on her big ole' booty....it say's 'Tony's Asss' and they are now broken up. so when she gets with her BF now....he has to see it when he's hitting it from the back!![]()

That's exactly how I feel. It's not about luck but like I said I only know 1 couple together for like 20-something years that have each others names tattooed.
