Re: names

We are going to put John in the boys name (if we have one) since it is DH's and DH's father was 'Jean'...I want to name the boy Jack...Jena to John to Jack...but of course MIL flipped and said it had to be John...I decided I'll call him Jack...

We do have another name...and we are really excited about it...we told DH's cousin...and she named her daughter the female version of it but we will still use it...

I'll try to think of the male students I had this year...

Re: names

Since I am a teacher my biggest problem is that the names always remind me of students. The first thing I think of is which student has the same name? It's very frustrating!

Re: names

When it's our time...in honor of my grandpa we want to use Paul (or a P) and FI middle name, Frederic...he doesn't want to curse his son with Richard Frederic the 3rd. So either combo of the 2 names...one guy at work is naming his son Ian James, at work there is 2 Brandons, a Brendan, a Collin,a Connor, a Sean, A Nicholas, a Alex, a Garrett, a Luke...just to name a few

Re: names

If we have a boy Steve wants to name him Steve, but not make him a junior.

For a girl I like Michaela Isabella, (not sure if I like it spelled that way or Makayla) Alexa, Daniella, and Kayla

Such decisions

Re: names

I think Jack is a common nickname for John...unless FHs family are the only ones who do that.

Re: names

Jack is a nickname for John. My Grandad was John but they all called him Jack. My middle name is Jacqueline after him.
