I WANT TO NAME MY TABLES BUT CAN'T THINK OF A COOL THEME TO NAME THEM. I DON'T WANT FLOWER NAMES BECAUSE IT'S JANUARY AND IT'S TO SUMMERY. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

where are you gong on yor honeymoon? i knew a couple who were going to scotland, so they named all of the tables after different pubs in scotland just an idea.

You could name them different things that mean something to you and your fiance:
Pets Vacations you been on Friends College Engagement School Days
Etc.
Then on each table put pictures related to the theme

WE ARE GOING TO HAWAII - MAYBE WE CAN DO THAT THEME. WE ALSO LIKE DOGS - BUT I DON'T THINK I WANT TO DO THAT

We are using the names of long island wineries...one of the girls here did long island lighthouses. Pick something you have in common and do that. Also, someone did 'Firsts' first kiss, first date, first time we said I love you, etc.

I am doing names of NYC landmarks, ie Grand Central Station, the Empire State Building, etc. The placecards will read: Mr. & Mrs John Jones Enjoy your evening at Grand Central Station
I am using black and white photos of each location as the table cards. I love them

we had thought about doing different neighborhoods in ny, like greenwich village, soho etc. but ultimately decided on towns we have lived in since there are so many!

I am doing different areas in NYC, ie Rockefeller Center, Upper East Side, SOHO, etc...We live in the city and relly wanted a Manhattan wedding but since so much of our family is on LI we decided to have it there. NYC is really our theme.

We did different city spots also (Chelsea, SoHo, Gramercy Park, Chinatown etc.) The guests really loved it. Attached is a pic...the names slipped in behind the flower.
We're going to California Wine Country on our honeymoon, and also having a wine theme, so our table names will be the names of different vineyards in California (i.e. Kendall Jackson, Robert Mondavi, etc.). I'm going to make the table cards look something like this...
