Nassau girls, Tuxe places and Tuxedo Park question

So Im a JT bride and their rec vendor is Tuxedo Park, FH and I thought that it was an amazing service they provide by picking up the tuxes the next day so its very hassle free however ive read very mixed reviews.

So, if anyone else can give me their review of Tuxedo Park and/or reccommend some other places in nassau. Were in Bayside and I know there are a few places on Bell Blvd- (I used one for prom and they were good but i thought I wanted a place that did a lot of wedding maybe)

TIA!

Tuxedo Park is a little expensive.. I am in Queens and I am using Tuxedo Shop on Myrtle Ave..they used to be called Floweroma...They own all their tuxedos and they do all their alterations...and their prices were pretty good

i also read mixed reviews about Tuxedo Park but I thought we should check them out anyway. so we went and the man who helped us was soooo nice, we seriously learned so much about tuxedos (i didn't think there was much to learn but apparently not). so far so good.

We're using Bell Formalwear on Bell Blvd. In Bayside. They've been there since the '60's and so far have been great!

I am using Tuxedo Park and yes, they are a little expensive but well worth it.

I know that after being there once- the next time FH and I walked in 3 months later the salesman Harry- knew who we were by our first names right away. They really take the time to make sure that everyone will look top notch and I feel like they use a better quality tuxedo as well.

Also, my Jr. GM's who are 10 and 11 year old boys are a little chubby (so cute) and Tuxedo Park mixed and matched and did all they could do including move buttons to make sure they look like little gentlemen for our wedding.

So far- their service and attention to detail I feel is unsurpassed. Great vendor- ask for Harry.

Tuxedo Park was VERY expensive. We picked out tuxes there, but regretting our rushed decision went to Mike at Esquire.

Mike's price (for all of the tuxes) was hundreds of dollar cheaper, even with paying a cancellation fee at TP.

good luck~!

Although I thought they were very good, we spent 2 hours with them only to find out that they were VERY expensive and they were not willing to negotiate the price or give the groom his tux for free. And we were going to rent 15 tuxes.

We went to Esquire Tuxedo -a vendor on here. They are in Merrick. Got the exact same tux for so much less, they were great, Mike was really willing to work with us! And the groom was free and dads were half off!!

FSIL used them and we paid a lot for my FHs tux to be in their wedding($230 i think)...for our wedding we told them our budget and they gave us a good price with $200 off which ever way we want to use it...it still a little more then what we wanted to guys to spend but the service is great

We used Esquire Tuxedos in Merrick and Mike was fantastic! Almost everyone was OOT and he was *super* accomodating, and having the tailor there the day before was perfect since all our OOTers couldn't go in to try them on any earlier. The men all looked FABULOUS and the prices were great!!

Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Look at all these handsome men!!!!

we went there to get my FH's tux for my brother's wedding. the tux my brother chose was rediculously expensive (dont get me started) but the service was pretty good (they offered us sandwiches, beer and soda!)

i will not be going there for our wedding because i think we will be able to find a cheaper place.
