Ugh...I need a hair dresser in Nassau county also! The last woman who colored my hair was a fill in and she really didnt' work at the salon...I found this out after she finished and she did an amazing job!! So now i have no one

ITA with Two Stephen Street...tho I work with Ilyse (who now works more out of her home but also works in the salon sometimes) and I have also worked with Vincenza.

For the girls who are looking for a regular hairdresser, go to Kathy at Palace in Franklin Square.

a) the place is cheap, b) they take walk ins and c) Kathy is awesome

I get my shoulder length hair full head foiled and cut for $75.

As for day of, she works Saturdays so when I asked if she could come do my hair and my bridal party's hair at the hotel in Queens, she was like eeeeeeh, I'm not sure. But I bet if you're willing to go to there there would be no question.

The place is a little no frills, but for the price you can't beat it. Her work is just as good as anyone else's.

And Karen Loree does GREAT make up! My family has been going to her for YEARS! My Mom goes to her for her daily make up now.
